Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport (KTM) Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) and transfer to your hotel. Rest and prepare for your trek. Meet your guide in the evening for a briefing.

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Jagat

Begin your journey to the Annapurna region with a scenic drive through hills, terraced farmlands, and rivers. Arrive at Jagat, a small village and starting point of your trek.

Day 3: Jagat to Dharapani

Trek through picturesque villages, lush forests, and alongside the Marsyangdi River. The path offers a gentle introduction to the Annapurna Circuit.

Day 4: Dharapani to Chame

Continue ascending through forests and traditional villages. Reach Chame, the district headquarters of Manang, with beautiful mountain views.

Day 5: Chame to Pisang

Trek past terraced fields and traditional settlements. Stop to enjoy the impressive mountain panoramas before reaching Pisang, with its old village charm and Buddhist monasteries.

Day 6: Pisang to Manang

Trek through alpine landscapes and the upper Marsyangdi valley. Arrive at Manang, a key stop for acclimatization and home to Tibetan-style villages.

Day 7: Manang - Acclimatization Day

Take a rest day to acclimatize at Manang. Optional hikes to nearby viewpoints or lakes like Gangapurna Lake help prepare for higher altitudes.

Trek gradually higher, passing through open valleys and yak grazing areas. Yak Kharka is a scenic spot surrounded by Himalayan peaks.

Day 9: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi

Ascend steadily to Thorong Phedi, the base camp for crossing Thorong La Pass. Enjoy spectacular mountain views along the way.

Day 10: Trek to Muktinath Over Thorong La Pass

Early morning trek over Thorong La Pass (5,416m), one of the highest trekking passes in the world. Descend to Muktinath, a sacred site for both Hindus and Buddhists.

Overnight in Muktinath.

Day 11: Muktinath to Jomsom

Descend through rugged valleys to Jomsom, a town famous for its apple orchards and scenic landscapes. Prepare for a flight to Pokhara.

Day 12: Jomsom to Pokhara Flight

Take a short flight to Pokhara, the city of lakes. Enjoy the serene environment and explore Phewa Lake or relax after your trek.

Day 13: Drive back to Kathmandu

Return to Kathmandu by road, passing through the scenic valleys and mountains of central Nepal.

Day 14: Departure

Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight. Depart with unforgettable memories of the Annapurna Circuit trek.
